Meet Amy James
Phases™ Skin Care and Laser Center is happy to introduce you to our newest staff member, Amy James. Amy is originally from Dale, Indiana and has practiced as an aesthetician for three years. She is well-trained and experienced with Cutera lasers, Palomar, Vibradermabrasion, peels, facials and skin care products. When Amy is not working, she enjoys practicing the martial arts of Jiu Jitsu and Tae Kwon Do, cooking and playing with her miniature pinscher, Lyric.
Amy is accepting new patients and is working a full schedule including Wednesday and Thursday evenings and every other Saturday. Call Phases today to schedule an appointment with Amy at 317-848-8101.
Breast Cancer Survivors Makeover Update
In March we introduced you to Jackie Abbett, Janet Daniels and Ann Vincent, the three women who were selected to receive complimentary non-surgical makeovers from Turkle & Associates and Phases™ Skin Care and Laser Center. All three women are continuing treatment at Phases to address their anti-aging and rejuvenation skin care needs. Bobby Cooper Salon, DL Lowry Hairspa Boutique and Salon 01 have begun planning their new hairstyles and Sculpt-U Personal Fitness and Hoffacker Health & Fitness have begun working with each woman on her fitness goals. A new video will soon be posted to www.turklemd.com so you can check on their progress. You can meet them when they are revealed at Girls' Night Out on October 1st.
Dysport™ Now Available
Dysport™ was recently approved by the FDA for treatment of moderate to severe glabellar lines (the lines between the brows), which is very similar to the treatment indication for BOTOX® Cosmetic. Dysport has been used medically and cosmetically outside the United States for more than 15 years. There are several "off-label" uses for Dysport, such as correction of wrinkles on the forehead, around the eyes and other areas of the face. We have found that the onset of action is within 2-3 days and the manufacturer reports its effects will last up to four months.
