Breast Augmentation
This patient desired breast enhancement using saline implants. Dr. Turkle used 300 cc implants on the right side and 300 cc breast implants on her left side. The right implant was filled with saline to 320cc and the left implant was filled to 320 cc. Smooth, round implants were used. The implants were placed below the pectoral muscle using a periareolar incision. Before her breast enhancement, her bra size was 32 A and after her breast enhancement her bra size was 32C. She has had no pregnancies and is 36 years old. She is 5' 2" tall and weighs 98 pounds. The after photo of breast enhancement was taken 24 months after the procedure.
