Breast Augmentation
These photos are of a patient who desired breast enhancement using saline implants to create fuller breasts. Dr. Turkle used 300 cc implants on the right side and 300 cc breast implants on her left side. The right implant was filled with saline to 300cc and the left implant was filled to 310 cc. Smooth, round implants were used. The implants were placed under the pectoral muscle using an incision in the crease under her breast. Before her breast enhancement surgery, her bra size was 34A and after her bra size was 34 C. She has had 2 pregnancies and is 25 years old. She is 5’ 3” tall and weighs 110 pounds. The before and after photos were taken 11 weeks after the procedure.
