Breast Augmentation
This patient desired breast enlargement using saline breast implants. Dr. Turkle used 270 cc implants on the right side and 270 cc breast implants on her left side. The right implant was filled with saline to 300 cc and the left implant was filled to 270 cc. Smooth round breast implants were used. The implants were placed under the pectoral muscle using a periareolar incision. Before her breast enlargement, her bra size was 34 B and after her bra size was 34 B/C. She has had 3 pregnancies and is 47 years old. She is 5' 6" tall and weighs 125 pounds. The after photo was taken 13 months after the procedure.
