Breast Augmentation
This patient desired breast enhancement using saline implants. Dr. Turkle used 300 cc implants on the right side and 300 cc breast implants on her left side. The right implant was filled with saline to 340cc and the left implant was filled to 315 cc. Smooth, round implants were used. The implants were placed using an incision around the areola. Before her breast surgery, her bra size was 34C and after her bra size was 34 D. She has had 3 pregnancies and is 52 years old. She is 5' 4" tall and weighs 115 pounds. The after photos of breast enhancement were taken 1 year after the procedure.
