Breast Augmentation
This patient desired breast augmentation using saline breast implants. Dr. Turkle used 340 cc implants on the right side and 340 cc breast implants on her left side. The right implant was filled with saline to 340 cc and the left implant was filled to 340 cc. Smooth round implants were used. The implants were placed below the muscle using a periareolar incision. Before her breast augmentation, her bra size was 32 A and after her breast augmentation her bra size was 34 C. She has had 2 pregnancies and is 36 years old. She is 5'4" tall and weighs 135 pounds. The breast augmentation after photo was taken 1 year after the procedure.
