Breast Augmentation
This patient desired breast enlargement using saline implants. Dr. Turkle used 330 cc implants on the right side and 330 cc breast implants on her left side. The right implant was filled with saline to 360 cc and the left implant was filled to 340 cc. Smooth round implants were used. The implants were placed under the pectoral muscle. Before her breast surgery, her bra size was 36 C and afterwards, her bra size was 36D. She has had 4 pregnancies and is 44 years old. She is 5' 2" tall and weighs 135 pounds. The after photos were taken 7 months after the breast surgery.
