Breast Augmentation
This patient desired breast augmentation using saline breast implants. Dr. Turkle used 330 CC implants on the right side and 330 CC breast implants on her left side. The right implant was filled with saline to 360 CC and the left implant was filled to 340 CC. Smooth round implants were used. The implants were placed in a pocket under the pectoralis muscle using an inframammary incision. Before her breast augmentation, her bra size was 34A and after her bra size was 34C. She has had 0 pregnancies and is 22 years old. She is 5'4" tall and weighs 130 pounds. The before and after photo of breast augmentation was taken 5 weeks after the procedure.
