Breast Augmentation
This patient desired breast enhancement using saline implants. Dr. Turkle used 360 cc implants on the right side and 360 cc breast implants on her left side. The right implant was filled with saline to 400cc and the left implant was filled to 380 cc. Smooth, round implants were used. The implants were placed under the muscle using a periareolar incision. Before her breast surgery, her bra size was 34B and after her bra size was 34 C to 34 D. She has had 3 pregnancies and is 40 years old. She is 5' 4" tall and weighs 125 pounds. The before and after photos of her breast enhancement were taken 60 weeks after the procedure.
